About Credit/Debit Card
The accepted card networks and alternative payment choices are the ones presented by checkout for your order. Select an available method you are entitled to use, provide accurate billing information and follow required verification. We do not promise support for a payment method that is not displayed.
Currency, taxes and final review
The settlement currency is USD. Review the final item amount, discounts, shipping and applicable taxes before authorizing payment. US orders receive free Standard Shipping, but applicable tax remains chargeable under the law. The checkout total is the amount to review for your transaction.
Protecting payment details
Shopify checkout and the active payment provider handle payment processing. Customer support should not receive complete card numbers, security codes or banking passwords. Contact your financial institution or provider about a rejected payment. For a charge associated with an order, send us the order reference and a non-sensitive explanation.
How return credits are made
We send approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving, inspecting and approving returned goods. Financial institutions may take extra time to show the credit. Consult the Refund Policy for requesting a return or exchange.
